Hey, any of you guy/gals familiar with Music Minus One (http://www.musicminusone.com/double-bass-c-19.html) aka MMO?

These were recorded in 1971 and released in 1972. About 15 years ago or so they were remastered on to CD. A few tunes were dropped from the 2 double album sets to fit the playing length of the CD. I only heard about the CDs as a re-release 'after' all was said and done.

I don't know how to post the sample clips from the link above but have fun with it if you like. If you have the CDs, post as you like..

Yes i have a old tape of the dittersdorf E major and last month bought the Bottesini no 2, on cd. its helpful for pracice purposes, and cheaper than getting an accompanist, plust its readily available. I got the orchestra tuned version so i dont have to tune up or buy new solo strings. They are easy to order to as you can call the maker directly and do your order if you dont want to email your credit card info.
