I hope that everyone had a safe and happy Christmas.
So, now we're moving towards 2011.
It's that time of the year when some minds turn to setting goals for the coming year.
I, for one, intend to work on the content of my improvised solos; to make them more melodic and to make sure that they spread over the entire range of the bass. I will also work on my arco tone.
Anyone else got plans?

Good on you for being festive Bin.
I like what you're planning to practise.
Go for it, my man.
My plan (New Year's Resolution) is to make a CD this year. A bass CD.

Hi Richard.
I read the Down here (NZ) blog that you sort of inspired. Nice to see you back around here. Sorry it got locked. Why did it get locked?
I've got a resolution for 2011. I want to really work on my bowing sound and moving freely throughout the range of the bass. Bin, I think I might be following your case a bit here.
Roll on 2011!

Ok, all the Bull Pit threads are now un-locked.

Please remember that I have to read and check everything to make sure it's no offensive to the general public so, keep it clean.

Also, I don't get paid a cent for this and many of you Bull posters/Lurkers contribute little or nothing to the products of the host company Ken Smith Basses, Ltd..

In that case, being that you are getting a free ride at MY expense, please be considerate and respectful.
