Im thinking of buying a used BSR PE 5, Why was this Bass discountinued?

Im thinking of buying a used BSR PE 5, Why was this Bass discountinued?

After careful calculations, it became evident that the hours involved in making a fully handmade Elite bolt-on were no less than making a neck-thru of the same model.

We still make the PE to order but no longer promote it. The features are the same for either NT or BO as is the price.

Why? Was just wondering why you no longer offered them because it is such a nice Bass,Now I have my answer!......Thanks Ken

We can still make that model. In making 100% handmade, bolt-on and neck thru has no difference in time. Only specs of pieces of wood.
