What's the best portable stand you've found?

There's got to be something between the heavy orchestra stands (ok, they're not that heavy-but still) and the flimsy $12 fold-up variety.

A couple of guys I play with use this stand; very nice and will hold four pages. Looks like the price just went up.:(
I use this one http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Musicians-Friend-Folding-Music-Stand?sku=450813 for the normal stuff and am going to try the good old Manhasset with extensions when required.
I've used the RealBook on the lighter folding stand many times without a problem. It's pretty sturdy and fold up nicely.

Flint,

I have this Petersen stand.

http://www.petersendesigns.com/

It is much better than any of the wire stands I've tried. It folds into a tidy package and will hold a large fake book. It does have a couple of limitations as compared with a Manhasset stand. The desk folds in two for storage and if you push on the top or bottom to adjust the angle without thinking you'll start a folding and dump your music on the ground. Also, you should check the little rubber feet from time to time as mine try to work their way out of the tube to be lost forever. I'm not sure if you can put a stand light on it either. But, for what it is, it's the best I've found.

I use a Manhasset Traveller. I've added two Stand-Outs to get a bigger desk when needed. The metal is lighter than their usual stands.

The only problem is the desk doesn't get any smaller. I can slip it into one of the carrying handles on my bass case to tote it around once I've left the car.

I'd rather have something solid I can write on that has a wide music ledge than a super small folding wire stand.

Design the ideal portable music stand:

This thread interested me because I wanted to see if anyone had found the ultimate music stand. Some of these are better than what I am using but there is something missing in each so I thought it might be fun to submit posts listing all the things we want a music stand to do. Then maybe someone can make a prototype that satisfies the listed requirements. I'll start:

(1) must fold and fit in one of the gig bag pockets
(2) must be sturdy enough for either a real book or my laptop which contains two real books.
(3) sturdy tripod type or 3-point base
(4) clips for windy situations
(5) good angle for balance point
(6) no glare accessory light

any thing to add?
