I have been moving these Tiger Maple blocks from its storage area into another to make room for some other things. Getting to see all of these beautiful pieces that I've only seen a few times when moving them over the last 15 years tells me that this load of wood will last a lifetime or more. Being that we use other Top woods as well I mean. I have sold off a few pieces of the medium grade blocks already and plan to sell more of it as we mainly use mostly 4-5A mostly with some 3a for Back laminates. We use these for all of the Heel caps on the Neck-Thru basses as well as Center Blocks for the Bolt-ons as well.

Pic 1; Tiger maple blocks in storage. This picture is about 12 years old or so.

Pic 2; These blocks are from around 1999 as well but the blocks just above on their sides is from about 1992 or so. I started using a few of them about 10 years ago for some of the 25th Anniversary basses.

Pic 3; For fun, I climbed up on top of the pile about 6 feet up and did a few crunches with one of the 5a Tiger blocks just under the ceiling. This picture as well is at least 12 years old.

Pic 4; From just under the ceiling, I waive hello, of goodbye (you decide, lol) while cuddling with my cherished private stock of Figured maple with a few pieces of figured walnut in the foreground. Shot about 12 years ago.
