- Started 'cello as a young kid, switched to electric bass at 14, double bass at 15.
Studied with Terry Plumeri for about three years. Briefly with Lew Norton, a few lessons with George Mraz. Had one unforgettable lesson with Robert Brennand.
Lucky enough to get a full scholarship to MSM and insane enough (at the time) to drop out.
Played lots of jazz in large and small groups. Gave up professional playing at 25.
At this point, a passionate amateur who practices daily and plays out with various no-name ensembles. - Location
