- Started playing tuba at 9yrs old, and added the bass at around 14. Went to the Conservatory, then College. Joined the Canadian Armed Forces as a musician and got out in '92. Had been still playing with 4 or 5 groups until the 23rd of October 2010, when a drunk driver hit me head on. I've been in recovery since then, and hope to regain enough energy and dexterity to replay in the future.
