Today it is open B!!! Playing the Scriabin #2 with the Symphony and I took the 5'er. I haven't played the 5 string in anything but the outdoor concerts with the orchestra... kinda makes me want to give up the extension... hmmm.

I'm not altogether sure that is in the spirit of this thread to change your favourite note on a whim.

There are a lot of good notes on the bass, but none is better than the lowest B on the G string.
