Help on a Burner
Hello Ken,
I'm currently in a pursue of '92 5 string burner, but i have a little doubt on the serial number which is 92824CR5. I know that "92" is year of make, "824" is the number of burners made at that time, "C" for custom and "5" for five string. However, i don't know what the "R" means, maybe it's a type of wood i'm not aware of... The bass has a translucid high gloss red finish and the wood below seems to be quilted maple, but i'm 100% sure... Thanks for the help! |

Does that help? R=Red? |
Ok, thanks again. Since in some basses the last letter could mean a wood type, i thought this one could have the same meaning... :D
