I get a kick..

I was just peeking over at TB and saw this Thread over there..

Quoting Eric; I have it in mind to make a neck with 5 or so pieces of wood of interesting aesthetics...make myself a Ken Smith Upton Bass! http://www.talkbass.com/forum/images...rs/biggrin.gif
(I fixed your typo..asethitics=aesthetics;))

Eric, I get a kick..

Oh, and by the way, I get a 10% royalty on anything built or sold with mention of my name or ideas..:p

Ken, what are you doing skulking around over there? That's a bit like a guy who checks up on his old girlfriend.

Ok, but why? whats you you looking for as far as results?

Eric Rene Roy 11-21-2009 12:54 PM

The challenge of doing it, and the enjoyment of the result.

I only change things to make it either last longer, sound better, or simply for my personal enjoyment of the process (and hopefully the result).
