I am eagerly awaiting a new Ken Smith BSRMW 5 string that I ordered. It will be tuned E to C. Hopefully it will come soon!

Sleepless nights Dude!!

I recieved mine last week after a three week wait, i know how you're feeling.
When are you expecting it ?

I ordered it two weeks ago, so hopefully within a week or two. Good thing I have my current 6 string Smith to occupy myself until it arrives.

I am at home now so it will have to wait until tomorrow to check my records. Is there something special on this bass other than the tuning? I ask this because we have them in stock and no back orders that I am aware of unless there is something different with the bass itself.

Prices went up last week for all bolt-on and the MS model neck-thru's, way up. If the order is not in-house already.. well... I will check tomorrow in my order log and see if one is in production for you.

It was ordered from Long and McQuade in Calgary. There is nothing different other than the tuning. Thank you for your time.

I remember waiting for my first smith years and years ago...

I was 16 so I was very very very very very impatient!

The bass arrived yesterday and it is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately I don't have the means to take pictures of it. Ken's customer service is top notch.
