I watched when they first came out.

If you are looking for honest customer feedback....I just think the format doesn't do your instruments justice. They are too short.

I really liked this video you posted a year ago.

Also liked the feature video you did on one of your artists. Great quality.

A good 5 minute quality video on instruments that have just been built or more artist vids play a Smith would be very well received.

There are a bunch of us in the " Smith Club " on that other bass forum who are always seeking out new info and vids of your instruments. We try to keep the club alive but new info is hard to come by. A bunch of us really miss you on the forum and the club would be a thousand times better with you there again.

I think YouTube is a much better platform for Smith basses.

Not sure if this helps or not.

Instagram only allows 1 minute videos. These are shot on the spot without rehearsal. Just winging it. The YouTube channel Videos were produced and shot professionally. As things happen day to day and a bass is shipping out, minutes before we pack and ship it, we sometimes shoot a video for Instagram of up to about a minute long. Wecan't do Pro shot videos daily on the spot like that.

The Instagram vids bring you into MY world on the spot with no rehearsal. Just whatever happens as if you were standing there. It has its value in my opinion.

But, thanks for the feed back. I agree with your viewpoint on the difference of quality in the shoot. But it's also good to know how and why we to the short ones on the spot as things are happening.

I like the format and I've been watching them over and over...great tool for guys who're trying to decide on wood options etc., like me.
