Hi Ken , can this bass be anything other than German/Hungarian in origin ?
Non original headstock probably
Name scribbled inside in pencil is Felix 'something' :)

This bass was identified as English by a London auctioneer , Ive told the owner that this looks typically German in origin - how old do you think the bass may be , or is it too 'generic' to say ...?

There is nothing here that looks English to me. Typical flatback Germanic bass.

Maybe with better pics of the top and back I could see more.
