No active output

I have an 07 bsr6eg and the other night the active circuit seemed to go out. The next day the passive went out. I replaced the batteries and the passive works fine but still no active output. Am I missing something or is it possible the circuit is fried? I have not done anything out of the ordinary, just been playing through the same amp and all for the past three years.

"Doctor, it hurts when I do this!".. Make an appointment.. No way of knowing without seeing it and testing it myself. Might be a Jack problem or might be a circuit problem.
