Here's another little honey I found, any thoughts?

This appears to be a Germanic bass with some French influences. It even sounds a little French... Any thoughts on what it is?

100% German. I have one just like it in restoration. A bass like that was brought to mention not long ago here on the forum. Maybe the exact same bass.
