Which Model?

Good, good stuff! Which model is he playin'? When he first made his appearance behind the drummer, I wasn't sure which model Smith he was playin'. Then when I saw the bass as he was sittin' down, I could see the heel at the back of the neck and then the laminates of the body front thru-neck/center block: 5GN, 5EG, 5TN?

The finish looks Gloss and the Neck strips look dark like Morado so my guess is a Walnut 5EG.

I agree with the Walnut 5EG. looks like walnut core, maple lams, and walnut top to me. and a maple center cap on the back for some reason.

From an interview at Ultimate-Guitar

"The Ken Smith is a little bit more musical sounding. It has great lows and a really nice sounding tone. I just like the feel of it. I think it feels good in my hands, and I really enjoy playing it."

Thanks!
