Yes, 100% real. I worked on the bass myself with Vinnie when he worked for me. That is my personal design including the space opera inlay ideas. Stanley played that with George Duke on that tour. I delivered the bass on stage at rehearsal in NY and have pictures here from that day. I also have pictures of the wood I used before cutting it up but they are just shots on my wall.

I copied the specs from his Alembic for the neck in length, width, depth and string length at his request.

No, we had that bridge made from somewhere on the west coast just for this bass. I think we did the engraving here. I can't remember all of these details from over 30 years ago. Just the important ones.. lol
