Passive haz lab controls

I’ve looked all over for what the control do. From what I gather a passive Smith is kinda rare. Layout has 3 knobs and 2 switches. What does it all do? Thanks!

So the stand by is basically a mute, Interesting. Someone referred to it as a on/off switch. Confusing me to think it may have a battery. I know haz lab is know for active circuits.

HAZ does mechanical and Electrical work, custom on contract. They do not market products of their own. They build to order for several types of companies, medical, industrial, medical, government, etc..

If playing a gig with both double bass and electric basses, when switching back and forth, use the stand-by so you don't have to unplug the bass.
