I've slightly raised the neck pickup on that side, and lowered the bridge pickup, as well as raising the poles on the neck...

So I have a set of Tapercore Mediums on it, as suggested, but those top two strings are still less "round" sounding than the other 4. It's been suggested (elsewhere) that I play with the pickup...
