Yep, in the original case and stored upright is best when not in use. Also, a humidity controlled (as much as possible) environment is a good thing as well.

Ken, the 5GN Otto is interested in is John Rogers. It is a 2001 model. Did you assume he meant the date was 2001 when you ID'd your "differences"?
