Tyrolean? No. Most people confuse German and bohemian basses as Tirol.. Its too crude. There are old basses from BA as well.. That bass is not so old.. sorry..

For the first Bass, I talked only with Phil back and forth. For the other 2, it was with one of his people. Not sure of the year but I can maybe look that up if it is after 1991. Maybe if before....

The Frog has whats known as a Chavelle repair, the upper frog against the slide has new grafted ebony, well matched. A fine old repair. Also, the pins in the silver screw look to be replaced as well...

A few were made for Sam Ash but they were done with D'Andrea and the China factory without my input. Low quality design at best. Not my design at all. Just a copy.
