Reading this, I don't think you are obliged to always tell us about when you are happy. I'd say that you could even post stories from the past.
Myself, I am happy most of the time. But with the temperature today, I might get a little grumpy when the computer guy who has fixed the firewire output calls me up and tells me to go there and get it. But, getting it back means that I could get back to making silly, stupid music! And the thought of that makes me happy.
