Thanks Al, I do appreciate you and your kind words.
However, if I may offer: Strengthen your goal of reaching that "level of professionalism and knowledge" by surrounding yourself with those that are proven and choose to contribute to it. I'm just one cog in a very big wheel. While I'm ok with that and happy to be a part of your goal, don't ever find yourself settling for just the one cog.
Discernment is key and I would suspect I don't have to tell you where that comes from.
