Double LL, not II.. L for Lacewood top and back.
The LTD may have been there because this was a limited edition model. Possibly this was one of the last 3 knob circuits as the 4/5 knob BT/BMT replaced this by 1993. There were a few stragglers after 1993 so this is one of them. I would need to see more pictures of the bass.
Also, I can't tell what finish is on the bass from the picture.
