Well, as a "
practice amp and small gig/church events" set-up, you should be good. Because the WTX-264 can handle a 4 ohm load, you would be able to add one more 8 ohm cabinet to get the added coverage and full 300W (at 4 ohms) from the amp. The other nice feature: You have a great DI out of that amp to FOH (if needed).
When I play at Church and because we utilize Aviom's with in-ear monitors, all I need is a DI out of my Eden WTDI to FOH and I have all I need. Makes for a really easy set-up, without any additional work needed (i.e. like hauling a cabinet with me), and the bass in the mix is perfect. You can do the same with your WTX-264.
