Amit, if you do decide to change strings from Taper Cores to something other than Taper Cores and depending on how good your set-up was, you most likely
will need to complete another set-up and what a complete waste of your money that will be: Again, I would recommend you give the Taper Cores some time to adjust to your playing since you are not use to them. Otherwise, good luck!
