I just heard tonight at rehearsal that last years Pops concert (Jan. 2012) with this Orchestra is on You Tube, some of it. This is a Community Orchestra with a few ringers hired as needed. Piano, Bass, principal Cello, Concert master and a few others. Neither the Conductor or Singer are full time performance professionals.
On a few videos, you can see me far on the right next to the Elec.Piano with the Drums are on my right if you can see them. The sound is fair, you can hear the Bass a bit but the video was shot by a friend of the singer. Not a professional concert video. Sorry.
I used my previously owned Ludwig Neuner bass with an amp that was provided (SWR Basic Black) enhanced by the Smith PAPA Pre amp and I think they had me thru the house as well. This sounded WAY better on stage from where I was playing than it sound here but hey, thus is life.. lol.. Enjoy..
