Ken, I know print copies of the Hill Bros. book on Antonio Stradivari are somewhat rare. Years ago, your discussion about Stradivari led me to look for the book and I found a whole website version of the book with many photos and illustrations.
The site is still apparently being maintained and here is the link. It is possible of course to view and save the pages as formatted along with the illustrations:
