Being the fine upstanding taxpaying citizen that I am, I am highly offended
by these backroom deals being made to avoid being cited for traffic offenses in NYC.
I honestly think it wasn't the ATF hat on the dash but the pile of potatoe chips on your hood that got you out of those tickets anyway.
