About the only way I found to get them was in older sets for piano tuning, or individually from medical technology instrument companies. I'm not sure what the medical application is there. I tried to get one for A=55, but they never answered my e-mail request. So it is hard to find indeed.

[Edit]:

I tried again since this is an item that I feel would certainly be handy and I found a tuning fork supplier that can get us some but it is a matter of quantity. If we can find out how many people want them and do a group purchase indigo instruments can supply them for sure at 220 Hz and maybe even 110 Hz. Price might be under 20 U$D, depending on how many we can order for interested forum members. So I guess at this point we have 2 people interested? We would have to work out the order/ pay details, but I think the first step is getting a head count.
