Bolt-on Ken Smith

Hello! I have only played neck-thru Ken Smiths which are fantastic, but recently came across a Bolt-on Ken Smith, and was wondering what people think of them. It looks as it is a lower line made in 1999. Are they good or should I hold out for a neck-thru? What are they worth? Thank you!
