1820 Prescott 5er actual audio
Check out my poor rendition of some very low note on my 1820 Prescott Busetto. My only excuse for the poor performance is I was recovering from heart and breathing problems. "The Elephant" is 4 whole tones lower than the usual Eb rendition to manifest the low B string. So too with "Swanee River", which is pitched down to low C. Other excerpts are to long to transmit or even store on my web page.

mp3 Audio of 1820 Prescott 5 string low notes
From: Don Carrigan, Gloucester, MA
Here are two mp3 files of my 1820 Prescott featuring notes down to low C. This bass is currently on loan to a bassist with a major orchestra as recurring illness prevents me from best use.
