Default Art Deco(?) Bass

Has anyone ever seen a bass like this? It looks like it could be from the 1920's or 30's. Highly stylized scroll and plastic edging similar to a guitar. Needs a lot of work but, it looks really cool.

The only tag I found was for a Musical Instrument Co. in West New York, NJ.; could not make out the name.

Solid spruce top, back and sides are poplar. The scroll says "Radiofix"?
