Roma 396 Questions

I found a Roma 396 DB for sale but can find little info on these instruments. The label said made in Romania. Does anyone know about these? Build quality? Sound quality? What is a 396 model? Price for one in excellent condition? Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks. Dave in Austin
