2- The 18v model takes 2 batteries and they drain together as one. 3- The frequency settings for the boost/cut points have 4 positions INSIDE the bass that can be 'carefully' adjusted by taking the plate off. It can be broken from misuse or careless handling as well. The 9v settings are within this switch system as well. The pre-set when we install or sell the unit is set differently from the 9v 'fixed' settings. |

![]() Ahh, I think I see what you are saying. You must be talking about the 4 setting options within the Bass, Mid, and Treble ranges that are adjusted via the 6 DIP switches. Correct?
