We no longer offer it as a standard model, true. BUT, for custom order we can and have been making them.

The Smith Bolt-ons are made the same as the neck-thru models as one neck for one matched fitted Body. For a Bolt-on with Lacquer like the PE model we have to fit the neck/body joint twice before and after the finish so it is in the end as much work to make as the regular Elite Neck-thru.

The PE model is the same price as the Elite series neck-thrus because it is at least as much work to make them.
