The "Napoli" brazilwood bow is definitely a very good buy. I remember trying one out and being blown away by how balanced it was and how well bow gripped the string. It almost played itself. So better than my Upton $99 bow from before. I even considered buying one because it was that good, but decided that I needed a pernambuco bow instead for its superior tone.

And I find the shorter length to be a positive rather than a negative. It gives the bow a better balance and more maneuverability than a longer bow.

I feel that it's a plus for your bow to have black hair, if only because the white hair supplied with these bows leaves a lot to be desired. I'm convinced that the hair on my "C. Loveri" bow is bleached white hair. It is rather weak and inconsistent.

Gotta love the low frog on these bows. It makes bows with higher frogs feel crude.

Other than that, I'm sure that you'll be happy with your bow.
