Question I want to know the serial number

Hi.
I am Keiichi Miyamot from JAPAN.
I want to know the meaning of serial number.

My 6TNE(Black Tiger Elite 6 stirng)'s serial number is #6TNE219402.16
I think this means;

6TNE = BSR 6string Black Tiger Elite.
2194 = 2194th Neck Thru Bass
02 = Year 2002 made

So my quwstion is : What does it mean by last ".16" ?

Thank you.

In the beginning, each Black Tiger model was numbered. That is the 16th 6TNE. 4s, 4, 6, and each TN as well as BSR or BT shape had a separate # of model made within the Black Tiger Series. There could have been 100 Black Tigers by the time your Bass was made but only 16 of that exact model.

Why? Because I felt like it.. lol.. After awhile I stopped numbering them. Why? Well, because in the beginning the Crotch Walnut was very scarce as it is still now and it was a limited edition mainly because of the wood used. Then I bought about 25,000 bdft worth of Logs of Black Walnut just for the Crotches to get the special wood and ensure the future of the model. Someday, I will run out of wood, someday.

Dear Mr. Ken Smith
Thank you very much for your answer in detail.
16th 6TNE! I understand.

I also have "6TNV207801.03". So ,this is the 3rd 6TNV!!
These are rare and valuable. And also the both tone is wonderful and beautiful.
I am very happy with them.

Thank you vary much.
