That Sound!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ken i recently saw a Michael Jackson tour on video and Don Boyette was on bass with his 92 BT 5 and the sound that was coming from that bass was just out of this world. I have played just about every model of your basses and they all sound awesome, but what i heard coming from Don's bass was super natural. Was anything added to that bass to bring out that amazing thump plucking sound.

That Sound!!!!!!!
I wish that was the case, but it was more than just fingers. I think the sound crew had something to do with it or both.

It was the first of 3 BT5s he bought. That I know of! |

Regular 5pc neck I am sure. The standard from then. Might be a 1988 bass or so as I recall. |
