Default Another German "Mystery" bass.....

Hello Everyone,

I acquired this at a good price (free) but before I put any money into it I want to find out what I have here. It appears to be German, flat back, I've attached a photo of the label inside the bass. Handwritten it also says "Refurbished and refinished by Bob Zink 1-76". There is a Robert Zink on FB that does instrument repairs and he's in upstate NY.

Probably another old "nothing special" production bass, but if you're playing Hank Williams and Patsy Cline at the local VFW, I'm sure it will be fine. Any help much appreciated. Thank you.

German/Czech Factory bass made possibly before WWII. Poorly re-finished as well. The neck is beech-wood.

Reproduction of someone that never made a bass and by a person that never lived, a fictitious trade name. Typical trade instrument.
