Default Question on the Series/Parallel switches

How are you all, question if Ken or anyone can help me... I'm interested in getting this 1998 BSR6GN..Click image for larger version

ID:	3175 this bass has the s/p switches ,was the switches available in that time, if not are this installed on the right area? also how much would be to change the gold switches to the standard black ones?... and yeah i know!,, those sadowsky knobs man!...terrible.

Who are you asking here? For questions like specs and prices, sales@kensmithbasses.com .. Only I can quote this job and answer your questions.

S/P switches were an option in 1998 on the GNs and not standard. They look like they are in the right position for the older 9v circuit used at that time. I can only tell better with the bass in hands and compare with my template to see if they are exact. If WE put the other switches (custom made black colored C&K brand) in when the bass was made or even afterwards, they would be in the right position for the model then.

Old Position;

New position for 18v circuit;

The upper switch is in the same place on both. The rear switch is closer to the knobs so that the 2nd battery has room to fit inside.
