Default French or German?

Hey so which type of bow do you prefer? French or German? Do you play both? Please share as I use both and I would like to know who else does and why.

Default Which?

French or German, Bottesini or Dragonett. Choose the one you prefer or become proficient with both. Many leading bassists have used both. Murray Grodner comes to mind as being very accomplished with both. It is a matter of personal preference.
