Ha! So many to choose from. BSR5GN Presentation Model. Walnut top and back, Mahogany Core. Pure sweetness!

Default Marlboro Talent Contest

In the late 90's our C/W ban competed in the annual Marlboro Talent Contest, in Dallas Tx. This is the same nationwide contest that C/W legends, Brooks & Dunn were discovered. The competition I competed in, where we finished in third place, in our region, out of 78 bands, was won by a group called "Showdown", which after their record deal, became a well known C/W band known as "Lonestar". Has the Texaco State compettition replaced the Marlboro contest?

I don't have the answer for that one. You might be able to contact Texaco Country Showdown for that answer.
