BSR-J pickups & electrics in KSD-705

Hi Guys,

What if the pickups and electronics of a BSR-J was put into a KSD-705? If it could work, would the sound of the KSD-705 be close to the BSR-J?

Just thinking out loud.

The Pickups might fit but still, they are amplifying a different piece or different pieceS of wood. The Electronics do not change the sound just being there. They only EQ the sound you have. The sound is in the wood first. All else comes after!
