Those string are Eudoxa Solo and the are a kind of special production. They are not in a catalogue as they are expensive and very few freaks like myself are interested on 'weak and unreliable" strings. I just bought Eudoxa orchestral and put them on my LSO bass. So happy!!! And my bass is even happier!
Now, for my new rec on Viennese tuning i used Eudoxa solo A,E and H (instead of putting normal orch D and A i put solo e and h tuned one tone down to have a softer touch) and orch G tuned half tone down to get F sharp.
for me there are no strings better so far. Unfortunately all the brands who make guts are not interested in developing bass strings ....financially not worth it. Shame. Maybe one day we will have a choice?

I just gotta say, I have been watching his Bach Suites videos, repeatedly, for the past few months.

I know, this comment is not about his strings. I must say though, that I just really love his playing. There is something about his fearless approach...
