Default Playing some Miles Davis

Here I am playing some Nardis on my Ken Smith 5 string. I'm still working on getting my jazz playing together. Please, tell me what you think.

Lightbulb Nardis..

Try finding the two or more versions with the Bill Evans Trio. Many recordings with different bassists.. Scott LaFaro and Eddie Gomez.. a must!!

I have checked out the versions with Scott Lefaro and Eddie Gomez. Brilliant stuff. This was for an audition to a music school so I used this as my swing tune so I wanted to do it more like a regular swing tune than the original. As for a solo haha, i'm still working on that so I didn't want to ruin the song with a sub-par solo because it is for an audition.

Thanks for the comments guys,

Mike
