Default Cleaned it up - WOW!!!

I noticed my fretboard was a little gritty looking so I cleaned it up using the Dunlop System 65 Guitar Maintenance kit. Now my fretboard feels nice and the sweetness of the Smith sound is even sweeter. Even though I ordered this bass directly from Ken himself I never knew how pronounced the streaking of the ebony figure in the fretboard was until I removed ALL the strings and cleaned it up!

I had been using the Smith Pro Formula Polish on the body and neck of the bass with good results but the Dunlop Cream of Carnauba Bodygloss Wax returned that slick feel to the neck. After owning the bass for 6 years the neck feels brand new again! Trust me, if you haven't given your Smith a good cleaning, waxing, and polish in a while you don't know what you're missing.
