Exclamation

Possibly a Blockelss German/Austrian bass. The back of the head maybe done after, Maybe. Probably within the 100 year old range.

Could also be a Spanish bass as the Pegbox looks like it was done by a Guitar maker.

The Neck is Worm eaten as well. The Back is very thin also. This will be an expensive bass to restore. Top off, new Neck block, New Neck/Graft? If you keep that Head which is weak with the open back. And what ever work the Top and Back needs as well once opened up.

Keep the pictures and look for a better, more healthy bass. This Bass more then likely will cost more to restore than its final value when all done.
