Default Is this truss rod looking good?

Hi,

After a long time without changing strings, and some extreme weather changes we experienced in my country lately, I went ahead and changed strings yesterday evening.

Today I realized that the truss rod needs to be slightly released to eliminate the buzzing, and when I opened the truss rod cover I found out that the truss rod hole is round.

Is this how it is supposed to be? The allen wrench doesn't fit in at all.

I tried to take a photo as sharp as possible.

Thanks
Maurice
