Default Greetings from NYC

Hello,

A little about me...

I am 27, was a full-time bassist for 3 years, which was fun. The touring part was a little TOO much fun haha...

But I decided to persue my career at the moment, which pays for grad school... so that is the next step for me.

I still am obsessed with bass... I practice every night, and gig about 3-4 times a week in the NY metro area.

I have been a Ken Smith bass fanatic since I was about 18, and have had 3 so far... I just picked up a new 4-string from a member on this site, Al Smith... which I can not get out of my hands lol!

Some day I plan to order a 4-string Elite with everything, 7 peice neck, all that... saving my pennies for that one!

Peace,

Darren

do me a favor. go to 113th and broadway and have a bagel with lox cream cheese for me from Neusbaum and Woo, or stop by the korean resuarant-The Mill just two doors down. I recommend any of the hot stone pot dishes.

man, I miss NYC. I haven't had much decent food in the last two years.
